They’re provided by Medipartner so simply visit their website using the button below to activate your services. To make the process as quick as possible, you should have these ready:

  • Your policy number – you can find this in your welcome pack
  • Your date of birth

This is a non-contractual benefit from British Seniors and can be withdrawn at any time. These services are only available to customers who purchased their policy on or after 15th November 2023.


Our Health and Wellbeing services are provided by MediPartner Limited who is an independent health and advisory service and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
